Best Western Senayan - Jakarta

Comfy location, 15 minutes' walk to an educational indoor theme park. Reasonably large room with comfy bed and very pleasant experience. The food was fine and the staff was very helpful

Cold bathroom.

The staff were constantly amicable and accommodating. It offered us fantastic location near a train station. - We had a very pleasant time at this affordable hotel in Jakarta.

I was pleased with the breakfast here, there was a great variety of food to choose from.

Comfortable bedroom, accommodating and welcoming personnel, comfortable bed, and a strategic location with a stadium and restaurants nearby.

We stayed at a hotel located within walking distance to two major shopping malls, with many food options, cinema and family-friendly massage. the location also allowed us to easily reach the train station. Although the room was without a window, it was clean and had standard corporate amenities. the breakfast was included, but served in a cafe located in the mall next door.

The room had a cold shower which was uncomfortable.

During our recent stay at Best Western Senayan, we had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is strategic, with STC Mall, Plaza Senayan, and Senayan City Mall just a stone's throw away. having a 24-hour McDonald's in the same building was very convenient. The 24-hour security provided a sense of safety throughout our stay. The water pressure and water heater in the room were excellent, ensuring a comfortable shower every time. We also appreciated the thoughtful gestures from the staff, such as the notes they left under our door and their offer of room service. The staff were always helpful, providing directions and responding promptly to our requests.

The only drawback was the lack of windows in our room, which prevented us from enjoying a view. the soundproofing in the room was not the best, as we could hear noises from outside and even from the neighboring rooms.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk away from two malls and public transport. The staff was also very friendly and helpful during our stay. We also enjoyed the free wi-fi and the variety of options offered in the breakfast buffet.

Central location, friendly staff, excellent water pressure and heater, strategic location near malls and transportation, helpful and cute staff.

Nothing it is perfect.

We loved the hotel's location close to two great shopping malls, Plaza Senayan and Senayan City Mall, making it easy for us to indulge in shopping and dining. Both malls were within walking distance and had a good mix of popular local and international brands. The train station was also nearby, providing easy access for exploring the city. the hotel's cleanliness and facilities were great, making our stay even more comfortable. Finally, the staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. Special thanks to them for their amazing breakfast spread!

Couldn't fault. The hotel was very good!

Had a great Christmas break but found the hotel only met our basic needs. the breakfast and WiFi were the best things about our stay, both were complimentary. the location was also ideal, across from a mall and near tourist spots, which made getting around easy.

There were a few things we didn't enjoy. the room had poor soundproofing and we could hear people in the hallways and the next-door music kept us up past our bed time.
